A. Program Leader– Beautypreneur:

Dhriiti (www.dhriiti.com) is seeking a Program Leader tolead and manage the Beautypreneur program across India. The Beautypreneur project is co-created and co-implemented with Godrej Consumer Products Limited and is currently operational in 5 states in the country.

Dhriiti is a non-profit organization working towards inspiring entrepreneurship, incubating impactful entrepreneurs and transforming communities for the past 12 years. The Project

The Beautypreneur Project, co-created by Dhriiti and Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. (GCPL) through Godrej Good & Green (CSR Initiative) – is an innovative model for skill development in the beauty and wellness sector to create an enabling ecosystem of empowered women. The vision of the project is to create Beautypreneurs – women who have developed expertise in the beauty and wellness sector and who run beauty-related businesses in their immediate communities – who will facilitate the progress of the women in their communities and promote consciousness-raising groups for women.

The project is operational in five different states – Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Nagaland. And entails training girls and women from underserved communities on an integrated curriculum including beauty skills, entrepreneurship skills and life skills. Further the Project has a huge focus on incubating and handholding the trainees to become Beautypreneurs and set up &manage their own beauty salons cum training centres. All the Beautypreneur centres will be co-branded by Godrej as Godrej Powered Centres.

The Position:

Key Responsibilities Include:

I. Planning & Management
a. Prepare medium and short terms plans for the Program in consultation with the Senior Management and ensure timely implementation of annual work plans;
b. Supervise and guide the program team in achieving results with efficiency
c. Direct and supervise program activities in various locations
d. Build and manage relationships with partner organizations and beneficiary group

II. Project coordination & implementation

a. Lead the Beautypreneur Program in 5 states in India
b. Coordinate with state level teams to generate annual workplans, key implementation strategies and monitoring mechanisms
c. Review program progress along with state level teams and ensure timely and efficient reporting internally and externally;
d. Review existing program content based on feedback, expert inputs and team experience and coordinate timely updating
e. Ensure project documentations/communication is properly done, tracking system is in place for effective project closure.
f. Create and update frameworks for effective training, incubation and evaluation of entrepreneurs participating in the program

III. Strategic Partnerships and Communication
a. Identify & create strategic partnerships with channel partners and organisations;
b. Seek and incorporate synergies with similar initiatives on organisation level;
c. Ensure updating of MIS with information on project implementation
d. Ensure effective program communication including Website, Social Media and Annual Reports
e. Ensure timely development and usage of communication with partner organizations and participant group including communication material

IV. Capacity Building of program team
a. Identify training and capacity building needs of the team and organize capacity building initiatives
b. Review application of learning amongst the team post capacity building

V. Financial Management
a. Create annual budgets along with work plans
b. Create working budgets for state level teams and review periodically
c. Ensure efficient financial planning and management across the project

XI. Language Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
• Working knowledge of regional languages will be preferred


Compensation:

The compensation for the above mentioned position would be Rs. 6.6 lacs per annum. The incumbent will be eligible for avariable performance bonus at the end of the financial year based on the performance.

g. Incubate, handhold and support Beautypreneurs to set up and manage their beauty salons cum training centres
h. Ensure project documentations/communication is properly done, tracking system is in place for effective project closure.
i. Coordinate with Technical training team for technical workshops and trainings
j. Participate in regular meetings to assess work progress, discuss challenges and constraints, and provide guidance and support;

III. Entrepreneurship & Networking Support
a. Evaluate Beautypreneurs’ performance in delivering required outputs as planned;
b. Prepare deliverables and provide technical support and inputs as needed for the Beautypreneurs;
c. Provide other team members with updated information and knowledge on the project and status
d. Plan and execute events to reach out to more women in B&W sector
