Bijayashanti is the founder of Sanajing Sana Thambal operated from Thanga, a village in the buffer of Loktak Lake in Manipur.

She made clothes from the lotus stems extracted manually and also sells lotus tea.

Through Her&Now, Dhriiti equipped Bijiya with a concrete business plan, assisted her on public speaking and pitching on platforms like NEATEHUB,BRTC Bio-NEST, Fashion for Good and others.

Sushmita is working on handloom and textile and has been in kid’s education for more than 8 years and based out of Guwahati, Assam.

Sarah is the founder of Klarjir Mukak, a detergent industry in the conflict-torn Karbi Anglong district of Assam. The work is backed by the strong engagement with SHGs(Self Help Groups) and CBOs(Community Based organizations)which were formed and trained on income generating activities like rearing livestock, detergent making, candle making initiated under the Rural Livelihood project in Karbi Anglong. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti provided linkages to financial assistance.

Runa is the founder of Blue Planet Amalgamated dealing in Agriculture and Allied Sector. It is a commercial pig breeding farm. Her target customers are the entrepreneur farmers who want to start their piggery units.

Through Her&Now, Dhriiti equipped Runa with prioritizing her business needs. It also clarified registration and compliance processes, client acquisition, identification of business strengths, and pitching and communication for fundraising.

Sansri is the founder of Hathai, the first e-commerce platform for the Bodo community. Hathaiis a Boro word for market or bazaar. Hathai was born as an e-commerce platform solely dedicated to promote and support Bodo communities like single mothers, unemployed Indigenous communities of North East and enable rural artisans, craftsmen, small time rural sellers a unique and healthy environment to sell & promote their creations on larger platforms.

Through Her&Now, Dhriiti assisted Sansri in finding her niche business which she’s currently working on. She identified her strength and explored online marketing.

Sansri is from Cohort 1.0 of Project Her&Now

Roja is the founder of RojaNgari Farm, dealing with local delicacy fermented fish (Ngari) business. Her enterprise procures Fish in bulk, ferments it and resells it to retail shops, market vendors in Imphal, Manipur. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti engaged with Roja on capacity building and provided assistance in legal and financial guidance.

Rithika is the founder of Freebirds, a travelling school. The business model revolves around providing edu-travel services to travellers who have come from high profile universities to study Northeast and want to learn by volunteering or conducting/attending workshops and also provide customized modules to schools and institutions. The target customers include youths from India and abroad- travelling to Northeast for sabbaticals and self-exploration and based on their needs, Freebirdscharges commission for facilitation and logistics handling. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti provided new linkages to Rithika, she also got selected for Young Social Entrepreneurs Workshop 2020 Young Social Entrepreneurs (YSE) workshop 2020 is organized by Singapore International Foundation.

Rima is the founder of Rims Cake Diary. A home based bakery based in Kamrup, Assam. Rims cake diary offers various cake flavours, cupcakes, baked cookies and raw materials and props for baking.

She also conducts baking sessions regularly. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped Rima in managing her business and personal life. She built confidence to become a confident home baker and explored various marketing tools and techniques.
