Ragini is an architect and green building consultant based in Guwahati working in the field of sustainability. North East region is still lagging behind in the field of sustainable construction compared to the rest of the country which is where her venture fills the void. As opposed to the vernacular architecture of the region which was practiced earlier She wanted to create a platform where different stakeholders and decision makers of the building industry can holistically work towards building more green buildings in this region.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped Ragini to connect to reputed architecture companies for multiple projects. It also helped her streamline business processes.

Rajkumari Jessica
Rajkumari Jessica is the proprietor of Wild Feathers based in Imphal, Manipur. Wild feathers deal with handmade products like jewellery, dream catchers, fairy jars, crochet products, paintings and key chains etc.

Priyanka Kaushik
Priyanka is the founder of NoiMohi based in Guwahati, Assam. It’s a lifestyle brand that currently makes Sarees, Mekhela chador, and stoles and shawls using indigenous textiles of Northeast and techniques of rural Assamese weavers and artisans focused in Eri Silk products.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti assisted her in financial linkages, she also participated in GAME Annual Entrepreneurship Convening in December 2019.

Pronamika Dutta
Pronomika is the proprietor of Bake Flavour, a home-based baking business in Guwahati, Assam. She specialized in baking cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods and often organizes baking classes. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti engaged with Pronamika on the business operations of her home bakery, product costing and introduced her to social media marketing. She is also assisted on a business plan and logo design.

Pramila Choudhury
Pramila is committed to marrying the passion of the nonprofit world with the effectiveness and efficiency of business. She plans to set up a Botanical Extract Company and focus largely on exports. Meanwhile she is setting up an NGO named “TRAAHI” meaning “Protect” which focuses on the cultivation aspect of the business and will help in creating a social impact as well as conservation of native plants in the Northeast Region of India. TRAAHI will tie-up with ORGANO, her marketing arm, which will be a completely “For Profit” venture.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped Pramila in assessing demand in the market, streamlining cash flows and exploring social media space for market expansion.

Pilala Jamatia
Pilala is the founder of Green You Eat dealing in organic farming and exploring the Agriculture and Allied Sector. Organic. She is focused on Hydroponic technology for spinach; as Spinach is only available during the winter season. Her main motive is in the availability of spinach all throughout the season. This productivity can be beneficial for both the consumers and producers. She wants to connect her consumers through e-commerce using various technologies such as an app. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti enabled Pilala in market research and the overall guidance in her thought process which is a mandate for her venture.

Padmini Konsam
Padmini Konsam runs a community-based tourism company named as RipTrip (Rural Indigenous People). RipTrip acts as a bridge between tourists and rural Indigenous communities offering unique experiences and executes this experience through adoption and managing of communities for development of sustainable tourism projects. She attended the ISEED IRMA Scholarship- Community Development Workshop and got a 50% scholarship. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti has provided assistance to Padmini on linkages to financial assistance and networking for her CBT.

Onima Tayeng
Onima is the founder of Ani’z craft which deals in Handicrafts and Handlooms. She is exploring the rich availability of natural resources and skills available in the NorthEast region. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped her with scaling up her business operations.

Namami Barua
Namami is working on the idea of providing a domestic assistant, where she plans to provide trained assistant service in various domestic needs including childcare, old age care, and other assistance as and when required. The pilot project is planned to start in Assam and will be only provided to verified clients.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped Namami in setting priorities to actuate her idea into business.

Shangreiwon Multhou
Shangreiwon is the founder of Popa Restaurant based in Imphal, Manipur.
A restaurant which serves fast food and confectionery and occasionally conducts baking classes and organises cooking competition to promote indigenous cuisine. The idea of her business came about as a result of her desire to promote indigenous cuisine like using black rice and perilla seeds as the main ingredients in some of her cooking.. That was when the idea of packaging and making it available to a larger market came about. She is trying to bridge the gap between indigenous food items and consumers who don’t have easy access to them, especially those who live away from home. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti has enabled Shangreiwon to build a network with other women entrepreneurs in the region and expand her capabilities. She reworked on her business model and is currently engaged in building a dominant digital presence in all platforms. She was provided leads on machinery and equipment for her venture she’s working on.
