Inderpal Kaur is a designer who runs Classic collections based in Guwahati, Assam. Classic collection is an exclusive designer wear boutique which caters to the needs of customers ranging from young girls and boys to men and women. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti assisted Inderpal through marketing and branding- awareness and promotion of the boutique she is running.

Haripyari Naorem
Haripyari is the founder of SP Foods, a business of making and selling soibum (fermented bamboo shoots solid form) and soibummahi (fermented bamboo shoots liquid form) has been operating from Manipur.
Through this she engages with small farmers and foragers who supply the raw materials. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped Haripyari in understanding various regulations and compliances for scaling up her food business and explore various ways to expand her markets.

Gwenda Llaker Lyndem
Gwenda is the founder of Dpei cafe based in Shillong, Meghalaya. Gwenda is a perfectionist and always gives her hundred percent in whatever she does so that she is able to be an assistant to others and provide satisfying results.
Through her&Now, Dhriiti helped Gwenda in overall management of HR and through the mentoring sessions she equipped herself with customer attraction and cafe promotion.

Geetarani Takhelchangbam
Geetarani owns a venture “UREIROM” which deals in making natural dyed products including bed sheets, cushion covers, and stoles. Based in Imphal, Manipur. Geetarani participates in fairs, exhibitions and various pop-up sales. She was part of the exhibition stall in the 13th Sale of Articles of Rural Artisans Society Fair (SARAS) organized by Manipur State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Imphal in March 2020. Through Her&Now, she managed to build connections and networking with the existing women entrepreneurs in Manipur.

Evyonne and her sister run a baking business ‘Rebekah’ that customizes cakes for various occasions based in Meghalaya.

Euphemia Kharchandy
Euphemia is engaged in the baking business using chocolates and fruits, a unique combination which is rare.
She is planning on diversifying her products and infusing more varieties of fruits. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti enabled Euphemia to make use of the network of women entrepreneurs which will help her in the long run.

Dinamoni Sarmah
Dinamoni plans on starting her non-woven bags. Apart from the state regulation which prompted her with the idea, she is strong-willed and set on her goals towards becoming financially independent.Through Her&Now, Dhriiti instilled business mindedness to Dinamoni, helped her in making a concrete business plan and execution from registration process to assisting in how to conduct product research to market research as well as linkages to financial assistance.

Diana Gurumayum
Diana is the Founder and Director of My Kangla Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
It is an efficient and relatively decent online travel company based in Imphal, Manipur. My Kangla also aims to create community awareness and support for tourism development. Presenting an amalgam of different products along with numerous travel packages which are customized for the different tourist spots in the state, from a hill destination to a floating park.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti engaged with Diana in taking stringent business decisions, rectifying issues with her business compliances in regard to legal and financial issues. She is assisted in linkages to financial assistance. She was selected for support from ASCISM software Pvt.Ltd. for software development assistance. Apart from the mentoring processes, she also built her personality as an entrepreneur, she is confident in making her own decisions and decides on projections for MyKangla.

Deepali Dutta Ramchiary
Deepali runs Deepali Weaving Center which deals with handloom products based in Assam. She wanted to help other women to improve their economic conditions as her way of contributing to society. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti assisted Deepali throughout her journey from running a weaving centre to opening of her own showroom ‘Kuoli’ in Guwahati. She was also given inputs on managing finances as well as on ways to pitch in front of investors.

Binu Narayan Dev
Binu Narayan is the founder of Deco Plastic Crafts which deals with Handicrafts & Handlooms. Her business model revolves around training people to make products out of waste, single-use plastics and charging on a per training basis. Thus making a huge contribution to waste management and contributing to the Swachh Bharat Mission. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti equipped Binu with the network and support she needed to scale up her business and assist her contribution in waste management. She was also given inputs on the prevailing market trends in the sector.
She participated in the summit organized by the Regional Science Centre in February 2020. Her commitment to recycling plastic received appreciation by Shri Parimal Sukhlabaidya, Hon’ble Minister of Forest, Government of Assam
