Shweta is the founder and proprietor of 21st Kilometre dealing in Handloom & Handicrafts based in Guwahati, Assam. Her business aspires to give a platform to artists to sell their arts and handicrafts and to encourage innovation and ideas to incorporate more usage of artefacts and make them more available and widespread and affordable.
Through Her&Now, Shweta was motivated to re-start her business, with better management of finances and technology. She was also exposed to social media marketing techniques for her products.

Sarju is the founder of Born Again studio, a beauty salon based in Imphal, Manipur which focuses on time saving makeup and anatomy correction for working women that make them feel more confident towards their approach to life.ThroughHer&Now, Sarju has been provided networking to other women entrepreneurs in the region.

Purnima Devi is the founder of S.P.Embroidery based in Imphal, Manipur. The venture of handloom, weaving and embroidery brings financial freedom, fame and recognition to the underprivileged women which bring a sense of satisfaction and motivation to Purina Devi to constantly work harder. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti enabledPurnima on proper management of staffs and explore social media marketing. She was provided linkages to financial assistance and guided on pitching and communication.

Rida Gatphoh
Rida is the co-founder of Dak Ti based in Meghalaya. The name Dak_Ti is derived from khasi- a language spoken in Meghalaya, which can be interpreted as- Impressions of the hand. Dakti presents a unique range of hand crafted products made from natural materials; these products are handmade impressions of our artistic expressions. They work towards design minimalism, emphasis on recycling, avoidance of waste in production and packaging, creating a geographical identification for the products. Dakti was awarded National Entrepreneurship Award 2019 ( A1 Category)for conserving traditions and preserving the environment.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti engaged with Rida on operations of the business while creating a sustainable business model.

Nengneithem Hengna
Nengneithem is the proprietor of Runway Nagaland, manufacturing unique and intricate handmade accessories based in Dimapur, Nagaland.
This accessory manufacturing business not only operates solely for profit. The brand is self-styled and developed in-house which also caters to the customers’ demands and makes customizations according to the client’s needs.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped her in clearing our accounting and compliance related matters, apart from making the balance sheets for loan applications. It also helped her prepare pitch decks and cash flows for pitching events like Fashion for Good, NERES.

Monalisa Chanu
Monalisa Chanu is the proprietor of Chanu Associates, which is into production of eco- pen and pencil. Chanu Associates, under the brand name ‘Chanu’ deals with a plethora of products that range from environment friendly pens with seeds, pencils, direct filling pens, paper bags, non-woven bags. An environmentalist to the core, Chanu envisaged a unique vision to manufacture eco-friendly products that will simultaneously generate decent revenue to provide sustainable employment to at least a few unemployed job seekers from the region.

ManobiDeka is the founder of ‘SPARSH’ a school based in Guwahati. She started teaching at a young age of 20. SPARSH is the product of dedication and courage. Along with the help of concert school the goal of ‘Man making and Nation building’ will be released soon.

Manima is the owner of Radium, which is into manufacturing uniforms for various schools and colleges, hotels, hospitals etc. She is planning on expanding her venture for manufacturing every kind of accessories for this sector.
