Lipokjungla Ozukum
Ilandlo Services Pvt Ltd is an e-Commerce hub co-founded by Lipokjungla Ozukum in 2014. It is claimed to be one of the first and largest e-Commerce websites of this region. Their physical express stores operational in Kohima, Mokokchung and proposed store in Dimapur certainly boosts the expansion and promotion of the local sellers in Nagaland, their in-house brand Exotic Delights pack and market the farmers’ produce creating a continuous source of income.ThroughHer&Now, Dhriiti managed to provide her with networking and market linkages.

L Prabha Devi
L Prabha Devi is the proprietor of Chaminashi food processing centre. A food processing unit and set-up a unit for local snacks processing. She envisions expanding her product to many more items like fruit products, pickles, dry fruits, spices and bakery products.
Her&Now helped Prabha with better management of business processes, and techniques to streamline compliances for future fundraising.

Kevisedenuo Zinyu
Kevisedenuo is the founder of Studio Predilection, which is a design initiative to encourage the women weavers of Nagaland to sustain their roots and preserve their unique weaving traditions. Her label – Woven Threads started with a single weaver in November 2014. Her brand abides by the traditional ethos of fabric making that forefathers have practiced through the ages. All of their products are hand woven and are also hand stitched.

PaoneLah is the proprietor of Skill Traders. A manufacturing unit and a store selling handloom and handicraft products based in Senapati, Manipur, along with this JP Institute of craft and design came into being to produce skilled and professional people in the field of handloom and handicraft. Through Her&Now, Dhriiti engages with Paone on assistance related to compliances and provided her leads to financial assistance. She has been assisted with social media marketing.

Geetashori Yumnam
Geetashori is the co-founder of Green Biotech EcosolutionsPvt.Ltd. based in Imphal,Manipur. It is a farmer’s Complete Solution and a research-based farming input biotech manufactures and marketing enterprise. The enterprise is focused on bio solutions for Crops, Soils, Animal husbandry, Aquaculture and Environment Management Inputs. Through this venture they work closely with farmers and provide environment friendly solutions and decrease the dependency on chemical farming inputs.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti has supported Geetashori in better understanding of financial compliances. She was awarded National Entrepreneurship Award 2019 (A2 Category) By Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MoSDE)

Elizabeth Yambem is the founder of Dweller teas based in Imphal, Manipur. What makes Dweller different is the focus on natural, indigenous fruit and herbal infusions. Value additions such as developing fruit and herbal infusions not only help in extending the shelf life, but also allow dwellers to offer natural, delightful sips to customers and create new livelihood opportunities in the community they operate in.
Her&Now helped Elizabeth to define her medium term growth priorities, as well as on strategies to optimize finances.

Elizabeth Meitram
Elizabeth Meitram is the proprietor of Elle’s Cakes & Bakes. Around the time she started most of the bakeries in Manipur were doing conventional cakes which were either too sugary or not soft enough and the designs were also very simple. Elizabeth aims to provide premium category bakery items in Manipur at the same time provide employment to women and girls by training and employing them.
Through Her&Now, Elizabeth got insights into various trends in the food industry and prioritized her business growth in line with the same.

Cheryl Achumi
Cheryl is a cancer survivor. She is the founder of City Gym, an all genders inclusive gym based in DImapur, Nagaland. Her venture focuses on providing personal training to all women depending on their individual fitness goals- an issue often left aloof and excludes people who either- cannot afford or has physical ailments.
Through Her&Now, Dhriiti helped Cheryl in projecting her business expansion plan, as well as on financial management skills. She was provided linkages to financial assistance.
