Vikali is a baker and has initiated her brand Vi Bake House, a home-based baking business that specializes in customized cakes, cupcakes, desserts and cookies. She has been a home baker since 2014, and markets her products through social media. Currently, she is based out of Bangalore. Every year, she comes to Dimapur and gives baking classes to the locals. She is quite content with the size and scale of work she is doing. She keeps getting queries of her cakes, but has to often turn it down since she is working alone, and has to take care of her son.
Apart from the taste, her work stands out for the aesthetic perfection and crafting of real-life alike floral and pastels cakes and carvings.
